The staff was really friendly and always there to help. They were available 24 hours a day. i found the location to be pretty good with plenty of restaurants nearby. the room was super clean and quite spacious, this. i appreciated the value, especially with such polite staff.
the breakfast buffet selection wasn't the best for the price.

The hotel offers convenient parking at 14€ per day directly in front of the building. This made arrivals simple. several shops, a supermarket, and the bom sucesso food mall are close. bus stops are near the hotel, this offered easy access to the city center.

a cafe is right by the entrance to the accommodation. the breakfast buffet includes fresh sliced fruits like pineapples and apples. ham and cheese sandwiches are available for toasting, providing some warm options. coffee and tea are available.

the renovated rooms feature nice beds, a tv, and no issues with hot water. rooms have a balcony accessible from the third floor! the rooms are quiet. there is daily room cleaning.

The staff was really friendly. They helped me with my luggage both when I checked in and out. The location is close to a food hall and shopping center. This made finding meals very easy. The room was clean. Towels, soap, and a TV were available.
My room did not have a refrigerator. There were stairs between the reception area and the elevators, which may be difficult for people with mobility issues. The breakfast selection could be better.

The price was great. The location seemed decent to me. Staff are helpful. They are available 24 hours, a plus since I had an early flight to catch.
The sheets had few stains and pillows felt lumpy. The room was clean but outdated. It needs a serious refresh.

A nice cafe sits right by the entrance. I did breakfast in Petulia Cafe. It is next door to the structure and was very good, it has options for all tastes.
