Really good Stay in a Central Location
spacious room central location clean room spacious bathroom
The room provided was larger than expected and very clean. I had a double room. The bathroom was also notably spacious. I found the hotel's location quite convenient. It is on a quiet street and within easy walking distance to many attractions. Rue Santa Catarina, with its numerous restaurants, and Mercado Bulhao were very accessible.
I observed an awkward setup during breakfast service.

The breakfast included fresh fruit and pastries. Bacon, sausages, pancakes, and eggs were available and freshly prepared each day. The options were ample. The staff members were very attentive.

The room provided comfortable bedding and tasteful decor. The large bathroom featured a generously sized bath. There were bathrobes and slippers. Cleanliness was perfect. The spaces were well-kept.

friendly staff great breakfast helpful service broken safe unsuitable bathroom cupboard smell
the staff were friendly and helped with everything i needed. they booked taxis and moved my luggage without any hesitation! the breakfast was also fantastic, with lots of options to choose from.
My room had a broken safe and a faulty telephone, so that was not ideal. the bathroom was not well-suited for someone without mobility issues. It seemed designed for wheelchair users. the cupboard also had a bad smell, and that bothered me.

I was really surprised by the spaciousness of the room and the comfortable beds. The staff greeted me warmly. Breakfast had a great choice of continental options and included a hot buffet style.

the room was very nice and neat i had a hot shower the housekeeping ensured it stayed that way the breakfast had plenty of options with a lot of choice i want to give a special thank you to francesca she gave us local recommendations.

the hotel features artworks and a secret garden i found the double sinks in the bathroom very useful the hotel offered a special tasting menu i understand it was inspired by famous portuguese artists.

the location was central i was able to get around easily i found it convenient to walk to different places it was quiet at night this allowed me to have restful sleep without disturbance.

really good service extensive breakfast selection convenient location worn bathroom fixtures old carpet bad coffee
the staff provided really good service. they helped with various requests. the breakfast selection was extensive. (i especially enjoyed the fresh fruit.) the location was quite convenient, close to many attractions.
the bathroom fixtures showed signs of wear. some tiles were cracked. the carpet seemed old and could have been cleaner. coffee was from a machine and did not taste fresh.
