I had a lovely stay at the DeSoto for a birthday celebration. The room was spacious and included a nice balcony, and I appreciated the friendly gestures like a bottle of wine for the occasion. However, the housekeeping left something to be desired during my stay, which was disappointing for such a well-regarded hotel. Overall, I enjoyed my time and would love to return.
