The coffee was perfect! The staff were helpful. Nothing seemed too difficult for them. The rooftop restaurant had very nice views. I enjoyed looking out at the scenery. The breakfast offered great variety, with many options to choose from!

i got upgraded to a beautiful room. it was quite spacious and clean. the staff seemed kind and helpful (i was happy with their service). the location is good, with the metro station nearby.

The room was a bit small, even though it was a beautiful room. i could hear some traffic noise from the busy street outside. the breakfast buffet lacked a 'wow' factor. It was good but not excellent.
