mixed experience at this hotel

acceptable locationunsecure tapcalcium deposits
the location was acceptable being close to eateries and public transport.
the check-in staff were stern and not cute i found this unacceptable. the room had a tap over the sink that moved because it was not secure. the shower head had calcium deposits making it difficult to use properly i felt the maintenance was lacking.

The hotel's rooftop pool offered amazing views and a place to cool off. It was particularly welcome during the hottest part of the day. My room had an excellent bed for restful sleep. The hotel location was very convenient with MRT stations less than 250m away.
The room lacked soundproofing. I could hear a lot of noise from outside. There was no chair on the room's terrace. The lobby common areas felt cramped.

The rooftop pool offers a great way to relax, it even has a bar. The staff were really attentive to all my needs! The hotel played music with a 007 theme, it set a cool mood. I really liked my morning cappuccino. It tasted superb!

The location puts you within easy walking distance of many things. There are MRT stations nearby so travel around town is easy. The area also features a lot of dining choices and coffee shops, providing plenty of alternatives.

The front desk and concierge provided really good assistance. They offered support for all needs. The staff seemed eager to help guests discover hidden gems around the city, a great add-on to a traveller's experience.

The hotel features automated lights and curtains, operated via an iPad. This makes adjusting the room's ambiance very easy. A rooftop pool provides a wonderful space for relaxation after a long day exploring the city.

i found the location quite convenient. it sits right next to the lau pa sat hawker center. the rooftop pool also offered a pleasant spot. the room included a dyson hairdryer, which i found useful.
the front desk staff during check-in seemed stern. a tap over the sink in my "beautiful" room felt insecure. the shower head needed a good cleaning to remove calcium deposits.
