helpful staff pleasant surprise fresh oranges ground floor noise problem insufficient cleaning
I appreciate they have fresh oranges for juice at breakfast. It was a nice surprise. The staff was nice and helpful to me. They answer to all my questions with smile.
My room was not properly clean at all. It was on the ground floor. I experienced a lot of noise during the night. It was hard for me to sleep. The option for another pillow was refused to me.

adequate stay near trindade
convenient location short walk complimentary water unsecured bathroom subpar soundproofing significant noise
the location proved quite convenient. the trindade metro station was a short walk away. the room provided a kettle and instant coffee.. also a complimentary bottle of water was available.
the bathroom door did not lock properly. it slides open by itself, offering little privacy. the soundproofing was subpar, and i could hear street noise clearly.

unreliable door dim lighting
The staff helped store my luggage after checkout when my plans changed.
My room had several issues. The bathroom door did not lock properly. It slid open on its own. The lighting in the room was also DIM. These issues affected my overall stay.

helpful staff fresh juice easy access
the staff at the front desk was very helpful. the breakfast included fresh orange juice (i really liked that!). the location allowed easy access to nearby attractions.
the sound insulation was not effective, as i could hear street noise.
