the location was convenient. i found it easy to access the metro station, made getting around simple. the breakfast offered a good selection including both hot food and pastries.

The staff helped store my luggage after checkout when my plans changed.
My room had several issues. The bathroom door did not lock properly. It slid open on its own. The lighting in the room was also DIM. These issues affected my overall stay.

the staff at the front desk was very helpful. the breakfast included fresh orange juice (i really liked that!). the location allowed easy access to nearby attractions.
the sound insulation was not effective, as i could hear street noise.
