i found the hotel location to be good. it was close to cafes such as thai power. grocery stores and kings cross station are within walking distance. staff insisted on carrying our bags up the stairs, a kind gesture.
our sheet had a hole. cushions were left on the floor after room service. bathroom sliding door did not fully close. these details were a letdown considering the price.

The bathroom sliding door didn't CLOSE all the way. Toilet smells were frequent. THAT was annoying. I also didn't like that the television cords were left dangling down the wall, with a MESS of tangled cables behind.

My king room was spacious and included weights and a yoga mat. I liked that the room offered good options for travelers who want to work out. Breakfast service was quick and the food was excellent.
The staff were rarely at the reception desk when i needed assistance.
