expensive parking small room
the bed was comfortable. it met my basic expectation for the trip.
The parking situation was not acceptable. i had to pay a significant amount for parking on the premises. also, the room was smaller than expected. It felt cramped.

dirty room broken phone
The location was decent enough. Shops were just across the road.
The room felt quite dirty to me. I found some hair on the shower walls and also on the face towels. the room phones did not work. I could not call reception. the carpet looked and seemed like it had not been properly vacuumed.
