friendly staff convenient location narrow stairs locked windows
the location is convenient to museums and public transport options. the staff were friendly and helpful .
the stairs are narrow and steep to navigate. the room lacked proper ventilation due to locked windows.

central location basic equipment
the location is very central. tourist spots and museums are very close. i was given a room bigger than the one i booked. it was quite big, especially for one person. the room had basic equipment and was reasonably clean.

convenient location direct connection bright room steep stairs unenclosed shower absent fridge
the location was very convenient, near several tourist attractions. the metro line m52 offered a direct connection to central station just minutes from the hotel. our room was bright and clean. the staff was super kind.
the stairs were steep, made carrying luggage difficult (especially to the upper floors). the shower was not fully enclosed, causing the bathroom floor to get wet. there were no glasses or a fridge available in the room.
