The location was decent. Plenty of places to eat nearby and it felt relatively safe.
I was really disappointed about the lack of hot water . It never got hotter than lukewarm, even after letting it run for a long time. it felt more like an airbnb than a hotel. they even wanted me to change the sheets myself.

the location was amazing. i walked everywhere easily, especially since the water taxis to granville island were just a few blocks away. the unit had everything i needed for my stay, including lockers for luggage and convenient laundry facilities in the building. i especially appreciated the balcony facing west because i enjoyed a great sunset every night.
the building felt a little old and tired.

The location provided easy access to many restaurants and local attractions. the hotel's proximity to davie street allowed easy access to food and drinks. i walked everywhere. Everything was accessible.

The building had a good laundry downstairs. This was welcome. the room had a tiny balcony if you wanted some fresh air. the room included all necessary amenities for a comfortable stay.

While i mainly made tea and coffee, the kitchen was adequate. many restaurants are within walking distance of the hotel. the neighborhood had tons of great restaurants nearby. I could easily explore different cuisines.

i slept well in the one-bedroom superior apartment. the king bed felt great. the sofa bed was also useful. the balcony provided some additional space.
the absence of daily room service surprised me. i learned about the extra fee only after eight days. it would have been helpful to know this earlier

The location was quite convenient. Many attractions were within walking distance.
The room i received was not up to par. the bathtub had rust, and some linens had makeup stains. the building seemed older. I heard a lot of noise in the morning and found it difficult to sleep past 7:30 a.m.
