charming guesthouse experience
entry system friendly staff variety breakfast
i found the key entry system very good. staff cleaned and prepared breakfast. snacks and drinks remained available all day, a great bonus. i appreciated the very good variety of uncooked and cooked items for breakfast.
the room had old carpet. this carpet needed replacement. it was a simple fix.

Excellent Stay Experience
fresh breakfast convenient location
The breakfast included fresh and tasty options. I especially enjoyed the 24/7 pantry, stocked with snacks and drinks available for all guests. It was very helpful to have these conveniences after a long day. The location was very central and convenient. Many restaurants and busy areas were easily accessible by foot.
The loud sounds at 6 a.m. from someone stomping on the stairs and slamming doors disturbed my sleep. It took the managers 24 hours to respond to my messages, and the house seemed unstaffed. This delay in communication was inconvenient.

fantastic stay, specific details
quiet place guest kitchen
The location was convenient. It was close to attractions yet quiet. Leaving bags before check-in allowed us to explore without luggage. i really enjoyed the sweets, coffees, and sherry in crystal glasses. It reminded me of a bonus.
The sash window in our bathroom fell apart when i opened it. A glass pane was hanging above me. i notified the housekeeper about this issue.

Breakfast included scrambled eggs and bacon. Pastries like scones or croissants were available. The staff at breakfast was friendly and helpful. This service was appreciated.
