good location helpful staff shower walls unsatisfied stay
the location was good. the staff was helpful and kind.
I was really disappointed. my room had hair all over the shower walls. Especially for the price i paid, we were unsatisfied.

convenient location valet parking keycard elevator
The hotel has a very convenient location near many shops. I found the valet parking to be efficient (a big plus). The elevators require a keycard. Ice machines are easy to find on each floor.
I noticed the refrigerator in my room needed adjustment upon arrival. It wasn't cooling properly at first, but i fixed it.

The front desk staff offered a warm welcome and efficient check-in. Valet service was quick, providing prompt car retrieval upon request, so i had no delays. The hotel staff ensured baggage handling was seamless.
Facilities
8/10
I used the fitness center. It includes several cardio machines and weight-training equipment. Elevators were swift and secure because they required keycard access.
Rooms
9/10
My room had two queen beds (very comfortable). The housekeeping team kept everything tidy each day. The room also included a coffee machine, so i could make tea in the morning.
