SHERATON GRAND CHICAGO RIVERWALK, Chicago

During my stay at the Sheraton Grand, I was fortunate to have a room on the 33rd floor with amazing river views in both directions, as well as a glimpse of the lake. The room was clean and updated, making it a pleasant retreat after a long day of exploring.

I attended a conference during my stay and was impressed by the facilities. The conference space worked perfectly for our breakout sessions, and the food provided was good, particularly on the first day. The staff made sure our needs were met throughout the event.

The fitness center and pool area were great. I appreciated having access to such high-quality amenities. Although I wish the pool had longer hours for enjoyment, getting in some laps was a refreshing way to start my day.

I was pleasantly surprised by the breakfast buffet during my stay. The variety of options catered to all tastes, and the staff was extremely accommodating, even keeping the buffet open for us when we arrived just before closing. It was a great way to start the day!
