helpful staff dining suggestions musty bathroom tired room
The location was REALLY close to tourist attractions. The staff helped with carrying my luggage to my room. dining recommendations provided by the staff were GOOD.
The room felt a little tired. The bathroom smelled musty, especially.

airport shuttle helpful host convenient location comfortable bed
The airport shuttle worked perfectly. Our host offered help with planning tours, a very welcome service. The location was convenient to the Alfama area. I found the bed comfortable after long days exploring.
I could have used a dresser or a rack for suitcases. The small table became a catch-all for everything. this minor detail did not detract significantly.

cozy spot in a vibrant area!
effective air conditioning amazing view first floor exact match
the room included effective air conditioning, which i greatly appreciated. the local area offered amazing views right outside the door. i found it convenient to be on the first floor, as there were minimal steps. everything matched the pictures online exactly.
i noticed only two towels were provided, and fresh towels weren't available daily, a minor inconvenience. the absence of a fridge in the room was also noticeable.

the building provides convenient access to the old tram, a feature i found charming. many restaurants are within easy reach of the hotel. i found the location was ideal for exploring the old city.

the staff offered excellent help with tour plans and other necessities, much appreciated. they were accommodating and consistently friendly. the airport shuttle service operated perfectly, i must say.

The b&b has an excellent location. the staff provided a map noting key points of interest. they assisted with taking my heavy suitcase to the third floor. breakfast was served in a building just opposite. Very convenient.

street noise thin windows
the location was acceptable because it was close to the castle.
The room i stayed in was not soundproofed. Street noise was audible almost all night. additionally, the windows seemed quite thin. there were only two towels provided, and fresh towels were not available daily.
