friendly staff comfortable beds
the staff was friendly and helpful. i booked a taxi for an early morning ride at 5 am, everything went very smoothly. i really appreciated the comfortable beds and very clean room..
the room was a bit noisy. i could hear sounds from other rooms. this made it difficult to sleep well

the staff were helpful i found that acceptable
the room was quite small it was difficult to move around i also noted the window was very small it faced an unusable terrace air conditioning units were present there

small apartment cramped bathroom
The room was clean. Staff was great.
The apartment was too small for a couple. It was difficult to move around comfortably, and the bathroom was REALLY cramped with a plastic shower stall. The apartment is in a separate building, not connected to the hotel itself, so walking to the hotel involved dealing with rain and cold wind.
