I found the staff to be helpful and friendly. The bus stop is right outside the hotel. I could easily access public transport. They even provided some complimentary fruit . That was a nice touch.
My sink drain was closed, and I couldn't open it, so the sink filled with water. It wasn't urgent as I only stayed one night.

the location is convenient. it is near the airport and city attractions. the bus stop is just outside the building. the staff allowed me to check in early. breakfast offered good value for money. i found the team at the front desk to be positive and friendly.
the rooms had limited storage space for my belongings.

pleasant staff great location shuddering elevator hard pillow
The staff was pleasant right from the front desk to the breakfast area. They did their work with a genuine smile, it was beautiful. The location is great, a walking distance from some of the best brunch spots.
The elevator shuddered as we went up and down. I worried we would get stuck every time we went upstairs. It felt a bit cramped with two of us inside. The beds were too hard. The pillows also felt hard and lumpy. It was not so romantic.

The team was top notch! Ricardo kindly provided a map and highlighted key city spots. He also gave tips on local transportation and must-see places. This was so helpful. The hotel sits near metro stations making traveling simple and quick.
I found the lack of an in-room refrigerator a bit inconvenient. I would have loved to keep drinks cool, especially during warmer days.
