My stay was marred by a significant issue with bed bugs on the first night, and although the staff was accommodating in moving me to a different room, it left a sour taste. Additionally, the check-in process was frustrating due to a lack of initial communication regarding my pet reservation. However, the location was very convenient, and the overall cleanliness of the hotel was commendable.
