Location good. Other aspects need attention
inadequate soundproofing inoperable television
the room was great and comfortable.
The rooms are inadequately sound proofed! i came to this hotel expecting to relax. both mornings i was awoken to the sound of what i can only guess to be maintenance in a nearby room, hammering and drilling sounds at 8am? additionally, the tv in my room would not turn on. the tv remote lit up when i pressed the power button but the tv did not respond. i called front desk and they said a maintenance person would come. but several hours later no one had come so i went to bed.

The rooms felt spacious with a modern design. aline at the front desk provided really good service, addressing every request with grace. i found the staff hospitable and professional. They were accommodating.

The hotel is situated close to yorkville village, i loved that area. the closest ttc station is within an easy walk. It offers convenient access to the city. this location provided a good starting point for exploration.

great location safe area easy parking room soundproofing early morning noise faulty television
The location was great near the university. Access to the metro and restaurants was close because I got a city pass. The area felt safe at all times I found. Parking under the hotel was also super easy and affordable I noticed.
I found the rooms inadequately sound proofed. Both mornings I was awoken by maintenance in a nearby room I think. I heard hammering and drilling sounds at 8am I recall. The tv in my room would not turn on too.

the room included a desk equipped with outlets for chargers. the shower offered good water pressure and quality linens were provided. i found several restaurants nearby with convenient options for meals. the bar was also good.
i noticed a slight delay once with the elevator service

the location is excellent when access to the university campus is essential. the hotel restaurant breakfast had a very good standard and nice selection. the staff were also excellent. (i especially appreciated their quick responses)
the valet service is the only parking option. it cost 125 cad for two nights, quite expensive. they also only provide 1-ply toilet paper.

a really good stay
helpful staff high cleanliness espresso machine ironing board
The staff quickly fulfilled my request for rooms that were adjacent. aline at check-in provided excellent suggestions regarding local attractions. That was helpful. the housekeeping service maintained a high level of cleanliness throughout my stay. i greatly appreciated the nespresso machine and the ironing board already placed in the room.
the wifi was unfortunately quite basic, difficult to stream videos.

the staff displayed amazing attentiveness and willingness to assist. they addressed every inquiry promptly and thoroughly. eden, catherine, and josie provided really good service during breakfast, while herbert ensured our early departure was accommodated with a prepared breakfast.

the fitness center included essential equipment, such as treadmills and stationary bikes. breakfast had a tasty variety. the location is very convenient, offering proximity to various shops and dining establishments. royal ontario museum is very close.

I found the room very spacious! The breakfast offered a delicious start each morning, with friendly staff ready to help. The location proved ideal for exploring, with many restaurants nearby. The bed was comfy. I slept like a log!

The pool and gym are highlights with the pool offering a relaxing atmosphere and the gym providing essential equipment for workouts. I SAW MANY PEOPLE ENJOYING IT. The sauna was a nice addition for relaxation after a long day, and it WAS impeccably maintained.
