excessively loud a c limited space
the location offered an acceptable view.
the room lacked sufficient space , especially considering the price. A/C was excessively loud , and the TV required maintenance before it functioned. there was barely any space for luggage beyond the floor.

Unbeatable Location, Modern Comfort
excellent location helpful staff modern comfort
I struggle to understand why this hotel isn't talked about more. The location is excellent and closer than all others. The staff were helpful. They answered every question. The room was lovely and modern, including views. My stay will be nice.
There were no closets in the room. An open hanging rack was over the desk. This made it hard to store my clothes. This could be improved to offer more space. It was an inconvenience, even for a few days.

The room featured large windows for city view, the windows filled the wall. A bench was located along the bottom. It made for great sitting. The room provided a lot of comfort and had cleanliness.

The front desk staff provided water early. I appreciated the gesture. The front door staff was very pleasant. They opened the door. The shuttle bus staff was helpful and kind.

The staff was helpful when i needed assistance with my charger. I loved that the observatory floor was included in my stay. I enjoyed the fireworks from the observatory floor (it was a good surprise!).

loud heating system breakfast coupon issue
The in-room heating system was quite loud. It made sleeping difficult. i was forced to turn it off completely, and the room temperature then dropped considerably. i also found the breakfast coupon system confusing, with unexpected limitations at the restaurant. The stated discount did not match what i was charged.

very nice view clean room convenient shuttle
i had a tower king fallsview room and the view was very nice. the room was clean, and everything seemed recently renovated. the shuttle to the parking lot was always available, very convenient.

The room was very clean. It also had a great layout and a very large window. I had an amazing view from it.
The night check-in staff was rude. I put my car on the main parking spot in front of the hotel (mistakes happen, I know). The guy who checked us in created bad vibes overall.

The staff helped me with luggage storage. I arrived before check-in and they stored my bags until later. The room offered a beautiful view. I found it lovely.
I found that I needed to do research for parking. It was not easy to find the best option. I also found you have to park off-site and take a shuttle back to the hotel.
