“I was actually surprised by the dining options at the Rosewood Inn of the Anasazi. The food was excellent, especially the tortilla soup and the heirloom salad with locally sourced tomatoes. I also enjoyed a delicious cinnamon-chipotle beef medallion that was incredibly tender and flavorful.
