The location of the hotel is fantastic, being just a short walk from both the Alamo and the Riverwalk. The staff, although at times overwhelmed, did their best to accommodate our needs during our family reunion. Unfortunately, the room conditions weren't great, with slow drainage in the shower and mediocre bed comfort, which left us sore. The unexpected parking fee also added a negative twist to our stay, but overall we managed to create lasting family memories here.
