The hotel is ideally situated near downtown attractions like the Riverwalk and Alamo, making it super convenient. I found the rooms to be generally clean and comfortable, but certain areas felt a bit worn and could use some attention. The standout part was the exceptional service I received from staff, although the cleanliness routine could have been better. Overall, it's a decent spot for the price, but with room for improvement.
