The front desk team welcomed me warmly. Dennis and Ronald provided great service at check-in. Elise at el chido showed enthusiasm and made sure my needs were met. I appreciated the high level of service from sid, the bartender, who remembered my usual order from previous visits.
Seats are only available outside of the entrance door and the heat is not very inviting.

The two pool areas provided fantastic spaces for relaxation. The gym includes equipment for a complete workout. Filtered tap water is a smart touch and adds convenience to the stay.

Madison's offers a wide selection of dishes for breakfast. The executive lounge has a good breakfast spread in quieter surroundings. Evening cocktails at the executive lounge included very personalized service.

Really good Service and Great Location

I really enjoyed the hotel's location near City Hall MRT. Capitol Piazza is directly connected to the hotel. I took advantage of the Executive Lounge access. I found the evening drinks and canapés from 5 PM to 7 PM totally awesome. The free-flow alcoholic drinks included six excellent cocktails.
I had to wait a little longer than expected.

The breakfast catered well to gluten-free needs even with the limited selection. I found the options healthy and satisfying. The Madison restaurant staff was also friendly and helpful, especially Priya.

The room was modern and clean. The bed was very comfortable and promoted sound sleep. A welcome tingkat with Pullman imprinted macaron, cookie, chocolate, and a fruit platter awaited me.

The staff at every station was friendly. I really appreciated the efficient handling of requests, especially when contacting the housekeeping team from Madison restaurant.
