the room included a spacious working area and a comfortable, firm bed. the open wardrobe was a surprising and useful feature. the rooftop pool offered excellent views of the bay.

Excellent Experience
warm welcome great service high service level
The front desk team welcomed me warmly. Dennis and Ronald provided great service at check-in. Elise at el chido showed enthusiasm and made sure my needs were met. I appreciated the high level of service from sid, the bartender, who remembered my usual order from previous visits.
I find improvements are required for the ground level entrance , it's a narrow funnelling of the entrance where within 5 steps, you encounter the lifts. Seats are only available outside of the entrance door and the heat is not very inviting.

The two pool areas provided fantastic spaces for relaxation. The gym includes equipment for a complete workout. Filtered tap water is a smart touch and adds convenience to the stay.

The hotel is within walking distance of cultural sites like fort canning park. It is close to the national gallery and raffles city. Chijmes is also conveniently accessible from the hotel.

Madison's offers a wide selection of dishes for breakfast. The executive lounge has a good breakfast spread in quieter surroundings. Evening cocktails at the executive lounge included very personalized service.

Really good Service and Great Location
convenient location excellent cocktails executive lounge easy access
I really enjoyed the hotel's location near City Hall MRT. Capitol Piazza is directly connected to the hotel. I took advantage of the Executive Lounge access. I found the evening drinks and canapés from 5 PM to 7 PM totally awesome. The free-flow alcoholic drinks included six excellent cocktails.
The elevators seemed a bit slow sometimes. I had to wait a little longer than expected.

The breakfast catered well to gluten-free needs even with the limited selection. I found the options healthy and satisfying. The Madison restaurant staff was also friendly and helpful, especially Priya.

The room was modern and clean. The bed was very comfortable and promoted sound sleep. A welcome tingkat with Pullman imprinted macaron, cookie, chocolate, and a fruit platter awaited me.

The staff at every station was great. I really appreciated the efficient handling of requests, especially when contacting the housekeeping team from Madison restaurant.

The rooftop pool offers a lovely view of Marina Bay. I thought it was surprisingly not very well promoted. I accidentally discovered it while seeking a quick drink, ending up spending the whole evening there.

The hotel provides convenient access to major shopping malls. Funan Centre and Raffles City are within a short walk. A morning jog along the scenic route of the river to Marina Bay Sands is also possible.
