Excellent Hotel Experience
perfect location delicious buffet luxury products helpful service
The hotel is perfectly situated near many shops and restaurants. It made it easy for me to explore and enjoy the surrounding area. The breakfast buffet offered a delicious variety of options! I liked the fresh pastries and fruit available. I also found the L'Occitane products in the bathrooms to be a lovely touch. The room service was prompt and helpful with all my needs.
The minibar prices were a bit high. Though I still enjoyed the convenience.

The hotel benefits from its location in the lower town area. Many key attractions are easily accessible from here and offer many opportunities for exploration and sightseeing. It is near the cruise terminal also.

The hotel provides luggage storage for early arrivals and late departures. The fitness center has several machines and equipment. The coffee machine in the lobby is very convenient, providing complimentary cappuccino.

great location corner room self-serve wine small room electrical plug hot food
The location was DEFINITELY great. Art galleries were close by. I had great views from the 7th floor corner room. The room was refreshed every day. Coffee and water were available in the lobby. The self-serve wine pours were a nice touch.
The room was small. There were not enough electrical plugs. The bed was uncomfortable. Breakfast was pricey for what you got. There were no hot foods whatsoever.

i found the room clean and well equipped the bathroom was lovely the location was perfect for exploring i was happy with the large room and elegant furnishings there was also a fitness room
the breakfast buffet felt quite limited i felt it could have offered more variety

dim lighting unreliable housekeeping
The room was clean, but the lighting WAS dim. the fitness center lacked towels, inconvenient after a workout. also, the staff mostly ignored us in the hallways and elevators. It felt quite unwelcoming. housekeeping services also proved unreliable, with our room not being refreshed until late in the afternoon, even when staff knew we had returned.
