My room, a queen room with two queen beds, was quite comfortable. The beds were comfy. The tv worked great (a small detail, but appreciated). The bar was also a nice spot to unwind in the evening.
I found the pillows to be quite hard. They didn't provide a restful sleep. The room seemed a little outdated for the price i paid. I also wasn't happy that breakfast was not included.

The air conditioning did not work properly. I called the front desk about it. a maintenance man came to my room but didn't speak a word. he just flipped some switches and left. This was rude. also, the pillows felt lumpy and the headboards were made of cheap plastic. the plastic was torn, and bits kept falling onto the bed. these issues bothered me.

I found the staff to be very kind . The swimming pool was included. This was a nice amenity. Restaurants and shops near the hotel provided convenient options..
My room was not very clean, I noticed. The coffee machine was full of dirt. It looked like it had not been cleaned. This caused significant delays.

The king-size bed had a lot of pillows. the shower was huge and the tv screen was big. i secured a low price for this quality. the front desk staff was friendly. They spoke both english and french. they offered to keep my luggage safe before check-in, allowing me to explore.
unfortunately, the temperature in my room was unadjustable. after several calls, i got a heater, but it wasn't enough.
