full kitchen washing facilities convenient location
the apartment had a full kitchen and washing facilities, perfect for a longer visit. its location near music row gave easy access to bars, a short uber ride to broadway was also convenient. i appreciated the spaciousness and cleanliness of the apartment, it had all needed amenities.
The noise from the street was constant. Curtains did not fully block the light. i found it difficult to sleep well without earplugs and an eye mask

dusty carpeting poor customer service
the apartment size was acceptable for my needs.
The hallway carpeting smelled a bit dusty and felt gloomy (i guess it's an old building). the unit itself seemed a bit bare. The kitchen really needed more useful items. also, the customer service wasn't great, since they didn't give us the room we had originally booked and had to find another one.

clean room roomy space
the hotel room was very clean and roomy. the people working there were friendly. i got an extra blanket quickly when i asked. the room was perfect and had everything needed for my stay.
the staff were not very helpful with simple questions. i had to deal with a homeless person that attempted to set up camp on the steps! the day staff were useless in dealing with it. i had to resolve the issue myself.

the studio apartment included high ceilings and a very spacious environment. a washer and dryer with complimentary laundry detergent was available. a full size kitchen featured necessary cooking supplies and utensils. keurig coffee maker use was available.

i stayed for three nights on a mini vacation. the location was close to many restaurants. the staff were helpful, especially with directions. i appreciated the included coffee and tea in the lobby each morning. the full kitchen in my room meant i could prepare some of my own meals!
the parking fee was quite high. it added significantly to the overall cost.

The studio apartment i had included a small balcony with city views. the bathroom had two separate sinks and a rainfall shower head. it also had a microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher. I found these helpful for preparing simple meals !

clean suite modern kitchen in-unit laundry
The studio suite balcony was clean. the modern kitchen included a massive fridge freezer with an ice maker. I found this especially useful. the in-unit washer and dryer were very convenient for my longer stay. I appreciated that a lot.
The placement of the electrical switches in the bathroom was somewhat inconvenient. They were behind the door.

The apartment was huge and spacious with a great kitchen. It even had a balcony. the room had state-of-the-art utilities including a stove, microwave, and toaster. it also featured a laundry machine with detergent pods.

The tailgate brewery is around the corner. It has 72 beers on tap. a whole foods is a few minutes walk. That was great for getting groceries. i found several casual bars down the block.

The hotel is conveniently located. I could walk to many sites. it is about 20 minutes walk to broadway bars. I didn't mind. e-scooters and bikes are nearby and almost halve the journey.

actual apartments good location quiet nights extra night
this place offers actual apartments instead of just hotel rooms. i booked an extra night because i enjoyed the stay (it was a really nice surprise). the proximity to broadway and downtown is good, and i could easily walk to grocery stores, restaurants, and bars. the location is far enough from the party areas, so nights were generally quiet.

The unit was a one bedroom apartment. It was very clean and had everything I needed. The hotel is within walking distance. All the staff was friendly and eager to help.
The look of the apartment was a little tired. A coat of paint would help. The keypads are very hard to read for the building, elevator, and room. I would not hesitate to stay again.
