the room was very small, i felt claustrophobic. the shower head didn't fit properly. it was also annoying the staff didn't offer a solution, like a different room or a drink for the inconvenience.

the location was excellent , very close to museums. the vondelpark was just outside the hotel , a very nice garden. the lobby was beautiful and comfortable.
my wife and i were stuck in an elevator due to the hotel's negligence. there were notifications that the elevator was temporarily out of service on other occasions. the only way the air conditioning in our room worked was by calling the front desk every time.

The location was excellent. It was easy to walk to nearby cafes and the staff were very friendly. I got extra towels easily. The room included air conditioning. This was a huge relief during the hot days.
The main room light was quite weak.

The superior double room provided ample space. the location on a quiet street near the park was very relaxing. the staff were helpful, they welcomed me on arrival. the coffee dock was a nice touch. I could always get a quick refreshment.
The elevator was a bit slow. I sometimes took the stairs instead (it wasn't a big deal).

i loved this hotel's spot near attractions and transport i walked to vondelpark and museumplein so easily the local trams made getting around quick and convenient i felt safe exploring solo too the area has such a cute vibe. the beds and pillows were great i slept so well. the staff was also super helpful.
the photos online didn't match my room it was smaller than expected with less storage. the lighting was also quite dim , made it hard to see at night.
