Nice Stay near the Opera Garnier

The staff had arranged balloons and sweet treats in the room, it was a lovely personal touch (I really appreciated that). The hotel is close to many transport links including Gare du Nord. Many little cafes, bars and restaurants are within walking distance.
The air conditioning wasn't working properly, they provided a fan.

the hotel location had restaurants and shops nearby. the metro station was close. i found the staff friendly and helpful. the lobby looked nice.
the hotel late check-in time was inconvenient. it reminded me of i lost part of the day. i wish check-in was earlier.

the location was great and within easy reach via the metro. the staff were friendly and helpful.
the room was quite small and i could barely fit two suitcases. i also heard humming and beeping from the elevator and stairs all night (it seems to be an old building).

The small elevator posed a problem. it stopped between floors. A spiral staircase was necessary to reach my floor. this made moving luggage difficult. the air conditioning wasn't working correctly . i found the room too warm, and sleeping was difficult.

The location provided easy access to a metro stop and many restaurants. The staff was friendly. They helped me with requests. The hotel had history and character.
The emergency elevator connected to the exit door with stairs to my room. The light on the stairs worked based on a censor. Sometimes, it did not turn on.
