the room was spacious compared to other places. i appreciated its older charm. the staff was friendly and helpful always. the lounge area had complimentary tea and coffee. the restaurants nearby were certainly worth visiting, really great dining options.
the heating system was not working effectively upon my arrival, and i found the room quite cold initially.

The location was excellent, near shops and restaurants. The staff at the reception were friendly! They were always eager to assist with directions. The room was quite spacious, especially compared to other spaces I've seen.
The room faced the street, it was sometimes noisy! I found street noise to be bothersome. The room's decor felt a bit dated, with some wear and tear. I noticed peeling paint in the bathroom. The breakfast area felt small, so there was sometimes a wait for a table.

the room felt quite outdated with its decor and the shower curtain was definitely not ideal. i could also hear quite a lot of noise from other rooms (thin walls, i guess) which disturbed my sleep.

the location was amazing, close to gare st lazare. breakfast had fresh bakery goods and protein. the staff was always very helpful and friendly, it was a real plus! i really felt welcomed .
the bathtub did not have a plug, so i couldn't take a bath.

the lack of soundproofing REALLY bothered me. i could hear everything from neighboring rooms. some older staff members was rather cold and unwelcoming. it was not great.
