great locationclose metronarrow stairscrowded street
The location is great. I could walk to the main square in about 15 minutes. it is also really close to a metro station, very handy for getting around. i found the room to be clean and modern. the shower was good too.
The place gets quite noisy because it is close to a pub. on saturday night, the street was crowded, and it reminded me of there was a protest at the entrance. i found the stairs to be very narrow. They were only about 1.5 feet wide.

unsafe streetcigarette smoke
The street felt unsafe, especially at night. i also noticed cigarette smoke coming into my room through the air conditioning. This was not acceptable. a better air filtration system should be implemented to prevent this. the entrance to the building was dirty and smelly too.

charming stay near everything

location was great, close to the metro i did not have any issues gettin around. the room had air condition and a little fridge, so it was easy to keep drinks cold. the staff was very friendly, and they give me directions to some very good places nearby.
the street outside was a little noisy some nights, especially on the weekend. it can be hard to sleep if you're a light sleeper as i am.

the guesthouse had a nice location, really close to metro and streetcar lines. lots of restaurants and grocery stores are in the area. many asian restaurants and shops are present as well as traditional portuguese options.

this guesthouse is in an older building just off the main road, but it been renovated. nice clean bathrooms exist and there are plenty facilities for people with shared bathroom option. these were kept clean all the time.

the rooms were large with air conditioning and a mini-fridge. each bathroom include a hairdryer. there was a hot pot and tea, a nice extra touch when i want to relax in the room.
