underwhelming experience
small room tiny bathroom
the breakfast was acceptable.
the room was really small. there was also a pillar in the middle of it. the bathroom was so tiny, two people could not be in there at the same time.

breakfast option friendly staff metro line
Breakfast had many options and was lovely. the staff were friendly and helpful. the location is great. It felt safe and quiet. red and blue metro lines are only a short walk away.
The complimentary coffee and water in the room were only provided for the first use. More should be offered throughout the stay.

Breakfast included fresh, undiluted juice. This was very nice. the dining area had a kingly setting. i noticed ricardo and ms. davis provided great service. They are to be commended.
