the staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. the breakfast offered a tasty selection of foods. a supermarket and food court were conveniently located a short walk behind the building. the price matched the quality of the hotel .

i found that the hotel lacked usb plugs in the room. this was inconvenient, especially since i needed a european plug to charge my phone and laptop. i suggest the hotel consider adding usb plugs to rooms for international travelers.

i was a bit disappointed. the room had a sewer smell from the shower pipes, it spread through the whole room. i also found dirty bed sheets with a stain. the noise from outside was constant, even with the windows shut.

The noise was unbearable. I was on the 5th floor near the elevator and a busy street. the traffic sounds were relentless, it was like i was sleeping outdoors because the windows offered no sound insulation. housekeeping woke me at 8 a.m. with their noisy cleaning next door.

The front desk staff was very helpful. I checked in early, such a treat. The housekeeping service kept my room immaculate, which I appreciate. The hotel's modern design really added a touch of class to my stay.

The street-facing room allowed a lot of traffic noise, even with closed windows. It made sleeping a little difficult. I suggest asking for a room away from the street to avoid it.
