elevator access convenient location adjacent 7-eleven convenient store early check-in additional charge unmentioned surcharge extra fee

the hotel is located just steps away from the elevator serviced exit of the ginza line metro. i also appreciated the 7-eleven being adjacent to the hotel at street level (very convenient).

The reception was not ideal. When i arrived, the receptionist mentioned that early check-in (before 3 pm) incurs an extra charge. the message requesting my arrival time did not mention this surcharge (a bit frustrating).

the location was acceptable it was close to a metro station.

The early check-in was not clearly communicated. the receptionist did not speak english well, so resolving the issue was difficult (a frustrating experience).
