good location, some minor drawbacks
central location spacious room helpful staff small area no waiting area lacking wardrobe
I liked the hotel's central location. It was very convenient. the room was surprisingly spacious. the staff were always ready and willing to help with any questions or requests i had.
The breakfast area felt too small. i found the lack of a waiting area inconvenient. the absence of a proper wardrobe in the room was a bit frustrating. Only a few hangers were available (i like to unpack completely).

Great location and SERVICE
central location spacious room helpful staff
The hotel is brand new, I saw. The rooms are bigger than usual for this area. Location IS ideal, close to the station and shopping. Juan was so helpful, he found us a cheaper taxi.

convenient location daily water helpful staff poor pillow uncomfortable mattress bad insulation
the location is quite convenient near shimbashi station. this proximity made accessing various areas easy. i also appreciated the complimentary water provided daily. staff ensured i stayed hydrated before exploring the city.
i found the pillow quality suboptimal. the bed mattress was not comfortable for sleeping. light insulation from the main doors was poor.

convenient location comfortable bed
the king bed was comfort and the hotel was near Shinbashi station. Ginza shopping streets were easy to reach by foot. I found THIS very convenient.
the bathroom design does not provide much privacy. the bedsheets felt rough and collect dust.

average stay with minor issues
friendly welcome convenient location poor system bad attitude
i received a great friendly welcome. the bartender was equally friendly. the location was superb, very convenient to the airport and train rides to everywhere.
i did not like the staff attitude. they were not supportive at all to accommodate our needs. online check using the machines facilities was poor. i spent almost 15 minutes to process the check in.
