an acceptable stay
good location convenient location friendly staff luggage storage untouched floor dirty cup loose linen
the location was quite good. it was easy to get around without a car. the staff were friendly. i was able to store my luggage before check-in, which i found very helpful.
the room was not cleaned as well as i would have liked. the floors seemed untouched and there was still dust. dirty cups were left sitting on the table. also, the bed linen kept slipping off the bed, because it wasn't tucked in properly.

I appreciated the location. The hotel was very central. The provided toothbrush and toothpaste were convenient. The beds were comfortable and offered a good night's sleep.
My room was hot. I missed air conditioning in the room.

The reception operates 24 hours a day. The hotel has a new elevator. Complimentary tea and coffee are available in the rooms and that was great.

The hotel has a very central setting. A bus stop sits right next to the front door. Many restaurants, pubs, attractions and shops reside within a few minutes' walk. The area is busy.
