great location transport link online portal user-friendly experience

The location worked great for transport links and accessing local spots. I also found lots of places for great food and drinks near the hotel. The staff helped a lot and behaved professionally so I appreciated that.

I felt genuinely unsafe at this hotel. I found that accessing the hotel and checking in through the online portal was not user-friendly.

confusing portal no air conditioning

the location was acceptable because it was close to transportation.

i had trouble with the check in process since it was all online and not user-friendly. there was no staff available to assist, and the online portal was confusing. the lack of air conditioning made the room uncomfortably warm, and i could not open the window due to safety concerns regarding access from the outside breakfast area.

dirty room disorganized place

The room was not really clean. crumbs, dust, and fuzz were everywhere. the whole place felt disorganized with several interconnected elevators. one had to switch between them to get to higher floors. Otherwise, one could take the stairs. also, the breakfast buffet was supposed to be open until 10:30 am, but it was almost completely empty when i arrived at 9 am.

Acceptable Hotel near the Station

great location train station city center convenient location clean room clean bathroom unrespectful staff rude staff small room tiny room service room loud phone

The hotel has a great location very close to the main train station. It is very convenient to be in the city center, where I found everything accessible. My room and bathroom were clean .

The staff did not respect customers at all. One morning, a staff member spoke loudly on the phone for about 15 minutes in the service room next to my bedroom. It was also very small. I was not with a kid, but I don't recommend staying here in three in the same room.
