I was charmed by the skyline view from the eleventh floor. The personnel were super friendly and helpful to me. I got a free room upgrade, a very pleasant surprise. they allowed me to check out one hour later, which I appreciated..

The room included great amenities and a lovely view. It had everything needed for a few days in the city. The location was near the river. The breakfast was fantastic (i loved the variety!).
The access to the pool was a bit complicated.

The staff at the front desk was very helpful with directions. i also found the breakfast selection to be quite diverse. It included both hot and cold options. The leisure space was great. but ideally opening earlier would be good.
the bedside tables were very grubby and sticky with stains.
