Excellent Hotel Experience

attentive staff early check-in refreshing retreat clean oasis
The hotel staff were attentive. Sir James allowed an early check-in because I was exhausted. The room provided a refreshing retreat. Housekeeping ensured cleanliness daily.
The air conditioning was difficult to configure, which caused slight inconvenience during the first adjustment.

The hotel is near Telok Ayer MRT station. It is also within walking distance of Chinatown, made exploring the area very easy. Many restaurants serving authentic noodles are close by.

The hotel staff are respectful and accommodating. Their warm smiles were much appreciated. The team turned a negative experience into a positive one. Sir James and Sir Rhaihan were particularly helpful .

The room featured a large window overlooking the streets. It had full air conditioning. The cozy beautiful room provided a snug haven. Every detail was designed for relaxation and convenience.

The hotel offered refreshing citrus water in the lobby upon arrival. There are many elevators, so guests don't have to wait long. I noticed the perfect work of the housekeeping team. They ensured every corner was neat.

excellent location polite staff convenient transportation small room cramped bathroom limited gym
the hotel had an excellent location near chinatown. the mrt station was close. i had easy access to different parts of the area. the staff was consistently helpful and courteous.
the standard room was quite small. it barely accommodated luggage. the bathroom felt cramped and turning around was difficult. the gym had limited equipment.
