Comfy & Clean Rooms

During my stay, I found the upgraded premier king room to be quite comfortable. It had a lovely view of the city and the river. The room was clean and smelled great, which made for a pleasant atmosphere. Although it wasn't extravagant, it provided everything I needed for a relaxing getaway.

Mouthwatering Restaurant

The smells coming from the restaurant were absolutely mouthwatering upon entering the lobby. Although I didn't dine there, I couldn't help but notice that the menu and ambiance seemed inviting. I definitely look forward to trying it out next time.

I had a great time staying at this hotel, especially with the fantastic customer service at check-in and the convenient location for the Jaguars game. The room was spacious and clean, but the bathroom felt a bit dated. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, though the dining could use some improvement.

The room was large and spacious, with two Queen beds and a lovely river view. It was clean and very comfortable, but the bathroom was a bit tired.

The customer service was excellent, especially with Katie at check-in and Caleb at breakfast. Valet parking made things easier, even though it was their only option.

The hotel's location is ideal, being close to the VYStar Veterans Memorial Arena and the Jaguars game, making it super convenient for our plans.

While we enjoyed the filet mignon at Juliette's, the dining experience was a bit disappointing due to slow service and a noisy atmosphere.

The facilities were up to par, but it appears renovations are planned to enhance the experience further. There were a couple of free water bottles in the room, which was a nice touch.
