I had a wonderful experience at this hotel, located right in the heart of Gatlinburg, making it super convenient to explore everything on foot. The rooms were neat and comfy, and the staff was incredibly welcoming. The only drawback was that while the breakfast was decent, I would have liked a bit more variety. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and I definitely got great value for my money.
