fantastic stay near everything!
central location excellent value street view
I really loved the central location. the value for money was excellent, and the 24/7 reception was very reassuring. there was always someone available to help with anything! the room had a balcony with a lovely street view. I enjoyed it.
The room floor was a bit uneven and creaky. I noticed it immediately. also, the bathroom only had a large towel. i really needed a small face towel.

convenient location helpful staff small desk nearby restaurant
the location proved very convenient. the staff assisted me with directions and local tips. the room had a small desk i used for work. i found several restaurants and cafes within walking distance.
the elevator was a bit slow sometimes.

central location helpful staff friendly staff shared shower small room high noise
the location was SUPERB. i could easily walk to many attractions. the staff were friendly and helpful. they gave me directions and recommendations.
the shared shower room was not ideal. it required a walk to another floor. the room was small. it lacked a closet for hanging clothes. the noise levels were HIGH at times.

hot water uncaring staff
i booked a double room with a private bathroom. i found the room was not like the photos i had seen. there was no hot water for a couple of days plus no towels were provided i also found the staff a little uncaring they were not bothered about complaints.
