prime location spacious suite pleasant view
the location is excellent. i found it very close to many attractions and good restaurants. our suite was spacious, providing ample room to relax. the view of the park, river, and city was very nice from our windows.
the hotel felt a little dated.

i received an unexpected upgrade to a higher floor. the king bed was comfortable. the location proved perfect for accessing the music festival i was attending. the front desk staff showed really good friendliness.
I think there may not be enough people working. i had to call the front desk several times to refill bath gel. there were no facial tissues. Only an empty box was present

the room offered an amazing view from the 17th floor. the staff was great to our needs. the front desk was also helpful with directions. the nearby restaurants made dining easy, with plenty of options to explore.
the pool could have been a bit warmer for my liking.
