the room offered an amazing view from the 17th floor. the staff was attentive to our needs. the front desk was also helpful with directions. the nearby restaurants made dining easy, with plenty of options to explore.
the pool could have been a bit warmer for my liking.

the valet parking provided a warm welcome. the reception staff were professional and efficient. jesus, the cuban member, was particularly attentive and ensured we had a nice stay. he was always available.

the view from my room was great. i stayed on a high floor. the bed was comfortable. the hotel location is very convenient with parking available.
the room interior seemed old. the wallpaper was peeling. there was black mold in the shower tiles. the carpet was dirty.
