The room was updated, and it was perfectly clean. The staff was helpful. I appreciated their quick responses to my questions. I found the location quite central, providing easy access to many sites. A big bonus was also how quiet MY room WAS.
At times, I experienced short delays before I could get on it.

comfortable bedpoor soundproofingmissing lotion
the beds were comfortable enough, i suppose.
The noise level was bad. I heard everything through the walls. the lack of soundproofing made sleeping difficult and quite frustrating. also, there wasn't any lotion in the room. It's a small thing, but still annoying when you expect certain amenities.
