The hotel is conveniently located just a few blocks from the Willis Tower and within walking distance of many attractions, which makes exploring the city easy. The staff at the front desk were nice, and I found the room to be clean and well-equipped. However, there were some cleanliness issues with the bathroom and the staff's handling of my concerns wasn't up to par. Overall, it's a decent place but there are definitely areas for improvement.

I found the room to be clean and reasonably equipped with a mini fridge and microwave. However, there was some hair on the mattress cover which was off-putting.

While the front desk was generally friendly, I had a bit of a bizarre experience where I was asked for proof of my stay while accessing breakfast, which felt unnecessary. Overall, they addressed most concerns well but could improve on how to handle guest issues.

The hotel is in a prime location, just a 15 to 20-minute walk from several tourist spots and close to public transport. You can reach popular attractions easily, which is a big plus.
