The hotel is conveniently located just a few blocks from the Willis Tower and within walking distance of many attractions, which makes exploring the city easy. The staff at the front desk were nice, and I found the room to be clean and well-equipped. However, there were some cleanliness issues with the bathroom and the staff's handling of my concerns wasn't up to par. Overall, it's a decent place but there are definitely areas for improvement.
