fantastic Experience All Around!
spacious bathroom convenient location polite staff daily water
The room was spacious with a really nice bathroom! I especially liked the separate wet and dry areas. The reception staff was courteous, and the location near Karasuma station was very convenient. They provided water and coffee daily in the room which i appreciated. The full housekeeping service upon request worked great for me.
The paper blinds in the windows let in quite a bit of light. It did create a slight echo whenever i spoke. But everything else was great!!

The breakfast offered many choices that tasted AMAZING!!! I found it delicious and plentiful, so i tried as many as i could. There was a great selection available, providing options for various dietary preferences.

The location was really convenient. I found it easy to access various attractions. The staff members were friendly and helpful. They provided excellent service throughout my stay. The bathroom was spacious. It made getting ready in the morning much easier.
The breakfast options were limited. I wished for a greater variety of choices. The room size was smaller than expected. It was challenging to manage luggage. The paper blinds in the windows let in too much light. It made it difficult to sleep.

The hotel was very clean, and i found the staff to be super friendly. the location was convenient. I could access a washer and dryer. the front office provided excellent service, and the housekeeping kept my room and bathroom very clean. i also appreciated the beautiful lobby.
my room had paper blinds and i noticed no real shielding from the light outside.

breakfast included both japanese and western options. the variety offered something for everyone. while i didn't try everything, what i had tasted fresh and well-prepared. i appreciated the quality of ingredients used.

Acceptable but Could Be Better
strange smell uncomfortable pillows
I was disappointed by a few things. There was a strange smell in my room, and it persisted throughout my stay. The carpet also had some noticeable stains. The pillows provided were not very comfortable. I struggled to get a good nights sleep. The worst part was discovering hair in the shower drain when I went to take a shower. That was quite unpleasant. I think they need to focus on better cleaning. I saw dust on surfaces and some discarded nails on the floor presumably left by previous guests.

Charming Stay, Perfect Service and Great Location
helpful staff convenient location
The staff was helpful. They provided quick responses to my inquiries. I found the hotel's proximity to local restaurants and attractions quite convenient. I also appreciated the complimentary coffee and tea available in the lounge.
The standard double room i stayed in was smaller than expected. There was limited space for luggage, made moving around a bit difficult. Daily cleaning was not provided unless specifically requested and paid for, a little inconvenient.

The hotel sits on a quiet street providing a super calm place. It is a short walk to the bustling streets. The metro station is just 200 meters away offering easy access to various parts of the city.

The hotel staff is very courteous and helpful (i was charmed by their education!). They made an effort to assist with directions and recommendations. The breakfast offered a varied selection, including options suitable for vegans, very appreciated.
