I found the location excellent, near the metro station! The staff was super helpful and kind. I really appreciated the eco-friendly approach, especially the water jugs for refills. The guest lounge offered a relaxing atmosphere. It was such a treat.

I appreciated the proximity to key areas. The location offered easy access. There was also a supermarket close by, really useful. The staff provided helpful local food recommendations , I found it valuable. I also liked the luggage storage option both before check-in and after check-out, very convenient.
A shared kitchen used to be available, but it is now gone! This was a bit of a disappointment because I had planned to use it .

Several bus lines nearby make it easy to reach multiple destinations. The area is well-connected. The hotel is close to many restaurants and cafés, which provides many dining choices.

The room was clean and accommodated my needs. It had sufficient space for luggage, made everything comfortable, though the bathroom has Japanese style and functions very well. Daily housekeeping service was available upon request.

The staff was courteous. They helped me a lot and tried their best. Everything was fine. The personnel helped arrange for a taxi, I appreciated it much. I also appreciate them storing my luggage.

The lounge area impressed me very much. I found the kimono pyjamas very nice. The location was great and the room itself was good.
Our room looked out onto a wall only a metre away. I felt very claustrophobic because of that. The bathroom was separate from the bedroom, so it was easy to lock myself out of the bedroom...
