I enjoyed the heated floors and towel rack in the bathroom! fresh bakery items were available at breakfast. a barista prepared custom drinks. the hotel gym was also a highlight . It was well-equipped and spacious, a welcome surprise.

helpful staff excellent breakfast

i really appreciated the staff at this hotel. everyone was friendly. mohammad at reception was helpful. the breakfast was excellent with fresh bread, it made the start to my day enjoyable.

the bathroom lacked a bidet, which i found inconvenient. i would have appreciated having one available. this small addition would significantly improve the overall experience who prefer or require it. i hope they consider adding bidets in the future.

The location was good. many attractions were within walking distance, and a tram station was also nearby. the room i chose had comfortable beds. the breakfast buffet had a large variety of fresh options. The staff was attentive.

the design was too basic. it created an unpersonal cold atmosphere. the atmosphere was like an airport hotel. such an atmosphere is okay for a short stay, though.
