clean room spacious room noise levels elevator noise

the room was very clean and spacious (it had more than enough space for my luggage).

i encountered some issues with the noise levels. i could hear noise from neighboring rooms and the elevators, it was quite noticeable (even another guest commented on it).

holiday decoration top staff good service

the hotel decorations for the holiday season were beautiful. i noticed darian, bell men, concierge, front desk staff, and restaurant staff were all top notch. i really enjoyed my stay because the staff tended to the hotel well.

i found that i was pressured to pay for valet parking. i was not given the option for self parking on the first day of my stay. this situation caused some initial frustration.
