the hotel decorations for the holiday season were beautiful. i noticed darian, bell men, concierge, front desk staff, and restaurant staff were all top notch. i really enjoyed my stay because the staff tended to the hotel well.

i found that i was pressured to pay for valet parking. i was not given the option for self parking on the first day of my stay. this situation caused some initial frustration.
