The room was clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful, always ready to assist. Valet service was efficient and quick. The location provides easy access to main attractions.
The soundproofing wasn't great, and noise from the street sometimes disturbed my sleep.

the room was large and bright, so two people could easily get ready.
The pool was closed , that was disappointing since i chose this hotel specifically because it had a pool. the hotel restaurant was also closed. The lobby bar rarely opened. i had to pay extra to store my luggage for just one hour after checkout.
