slow check-in untrained staff
the breakfast in the club lounge was quite good.
the check-in process was slow and disorganized. there was always a long queue, and the staff did not seem properly trained. i also had to go back to the reception daily to reactivate my room keys.

spacious room comfortable bed missing ramp unavailable staff
the room was spacious and impeccably clean. the bed and pillows were comfortable.
There was no staff available to help with luggage. There are stairs at the entrance and no proper ramp for suitcases. This is unacceptable.

speedy delivery comfortable vibe
The room provided space, I enjoyed a classic queen room with two queen beds. The staff met all my needs with speedy delivery of extra coffee. This hotel has a nice vibe.

fantastic experience!
clean hotel helpful bellhops really good service
the hotel is beautiful and clean. the bellhops greet you with a smile. they are ready to help as soon as you arrive. the front office director provided really good customer service with pleasant energy.
i checked in and the staff tried to access my room. they said i wasn't supposed to be in the room. the evening manager confirmed my check-in but stated i was checked out minutes later.
